Edward and Bella's bedroom "Kiss" made InStyle/CNN's top 10 #Twilight
(InStyle.com) -- Is there anything as romantic as a classic big screen kiss? Even today -- when most Hollywood movies don't exactly fade to black after the lovers lock lips -- the best kisses still have the power to send shivers down the spine. In honor of Valentine's Day, InStyle chose the most memorable cinematic embraces: upside down, on a boat, and in the pouring rain.
"Twilight"
Even the most diehard members of Team Jacob can't deny the romantic power of Bella and Edward's first kiss. Kristen Stewart -- who's almost uniformly closemouthed about her off-screen relationship with costar Robert Pattinson -- did offer "I get to kiss Edward Cullen," when asked to name a few of her favorite things about the gig.
HL:Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Will Film Two ‘Breaking Dawn’ Scenes in Vancouver and We Know When!
Rob and Kristen will be descending upon British Columbia — for one day — and we know where they’ll be.
f you weren’t able to follow Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to Brazil for their honeymoon, or get down to Baton Rouge, La., to see them filming their highly anticipated Breaking Dawn fight scenes, there’s yet more shooting to do — and a source tells us where they’ll be when they head up north.
A source very close to the Twilight production tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Rob, Kristen, Kellan Lutz, Taylor Lautner and the rest of the gang will be in Vancouver, BC, Canada on Mar. 14!
“They are wrapping things up in Baton Rouge but are heading up to Canada over the next week and will be filming in many districts,” our source says. “But they will only be shooting in the city of Vancouver on one day … Mar. 14, they’ll be at a theater for part of the day and then they’ll be filming on Beatty Street.”
We told you that The Directors Guild of Canada is reporting that the film will shoot in Canada from Feb. 21 to Apr. 13 and our source adds that they will be “all over the place.”
We are so excited for more Breaking Dawn sightings — we don’t want it to end!
Director set for ‘Twilight’ author’s ‘Host’
Exclusive: Susanna White (“Nanny McPhee Returns”) is attached to direct the feature adaptation of “The Host,” author Stephenie Meyer’s follow-up to “The Twilight Saga.”
Nick Wechsler will produce the indie through his eponymous banner, along with Chockstone Pictures’ Steve Schwartz and Paula Mae Schwartz.
Andrew Niccol (“The Truman Show”) wrote the sci-fi drama, which concerns a young woman whose body is inhabited by a benevolent alien soul after an invasion of Earth.
White made her directorial debut last year with the “Nanny McPhee” sequel, which grossed more than $93 million worldwide.
White is repped by UTA and United Agents.
Squee!! First Look at Kellan Lutz in the movie 'Immortals'!!
Before audiences see Henry Cavill (Showtime’s The Tudors) as the new Man of Steel in director Zack Snyder’s new Superman film, they’ll see him grapple with the gods of Greek myth in Immortals (out Nov. 11), a fantasy in the Clash of the Titans mold directed by Indian helmer Tarsem (The Cell, The Fall). Cavill plays Theseus, a peasant who is subtly manipulated by Zeus (Luke Evans) and his fellow Greek gods, including Twilight‘s Kellan Lutz as Poseidon, to take up arms against a mad king named Hyperion (Mickey Rourke), who aspires to free and unleash The Titans, the banished predecessors to the reigning pantheon of deities. Aiding Theseus: Phaedra (Freida Pinto), an oracle cursed with the power see possible futures — as long as she remains a virgin. ”She’s conflicted,” Tarsem tells EW. “Her ability helps Theseus, but it also prevents her from being the fully realized woman she wants to be.” (Wonder if her power also means she knows that her true love is destined for another woman named Lois Lane.)
