Kristen's court pic brings trouble

E!online reports that the picture taken of Kisten in court the other day might get the guard on it and his buddy (who took the picture) fired, as celebrity appearances are kept confidential. Apparently it was the wife of the other guard that posted the pic on the internet but now claims it was "stolen" and re-posted by several blogs and since it reached the ears of the court, her husband and his colleague might lose their jobs.
