ClevverTv: 'Butter' Movie Wrangles Star-Studded Cast (Ashley Greene Signed On)

The movie, which will be called "Butter," will include the following Hollywood heavyweights: Jennifer Garner, Hugh Jackman, Alicia Silverstone, and most recently, Ashley Greene signed on. If this list is amazing enough already, word on the street is that Olivia Wilde might also be joining the stellar group.

Jennifer Garner is not only appearing in the movie, she is apparently also producing the flick which is a political satire set during the recent 2008 Democratic election. However, the twist is that the whole story takes place in a small Iowa town, with a butter carving competition as the centerpiece. Who knew there was such a thing as butter carving? But I digress....

Jenn and Ashley will go head to head in the butter carving arena, while Hugh Jackman's character will play a sleazed-out car dealer who seduces Jennifer's character. Alicia Silverstone will play the adoptive sister of one of the other butter carving competitors, while Miss Wilde will be taking it off - or at least she might be taking something off - as she'll be playing a tatted-up stripper.
