Local Arizona high school hopes 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' can help save school band

At least one local Arizona high school is hoping that a fundraising screening of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse might help save their band.

Kim Clarkson, an administrator for Twifans.com, reports that "deep[] budget cuts have affected education & the preforming arts especially" at Mountain View High School in Mesa, Arizona.

To help raise money for the Toro Band, fundraisers are hosting a midnight screening of Eclipse at AMC Mesa Grand with all proceeds going to the band.

A local news report on the subject adds that "this money is just for neccessities, like mending threadbare uniforms, pounding dents out of used Sousaphones, recycling used saxophone reeds, and buying sheet music for the latest arrangement of 'Louie, Louie.'"

Tickets are $15.00, and prizes (including autographs from Peter Facinelli and Kiowa Gordon and other Eclipse merchandise) will be given through a drawing that night.
