Clevvetv: Robert Pattinson Music Update

R-Patz is clearly really into music, and we're wondering what that will mean for his future career. Well one thing it won't mean is a record deal with Simon Cowell. According to Britain's Sun, Rob turned down an offer to sign a deal with Cowell's label. The article allegedly quotes Rob saying about Cowell that "He is a clever guy, and he's created artists that he knows the public will like, that's why I don't think he could ever launch my music career."

Instead Rob says he's "selfish" with his music and admits that "the problem is [he doesn't] think many other people would like it." He adds that he loves Simon and thinks his shows are entertaining, but it still doesn't look like they'll be forging a music business relationship.
