Lenny Kravitz brought Muse out on stage for their first GRAMMYs performance. With TV screens high above flashing images of raised fists, the British band rocked their hit “Uprising.”
Lead singer Matthew Bellamy belted out the lyrics, “They will not control us” as a choreographed sequence of masked security guards in black tackled fans rushing the stage.
Muse is up for three GRAMMY Awards: Best Rock Performance By a Duo or Group with Vocals – (“Resistance”); Best Rock Song – (“Resistance”); and Best Rock Album: (The Resistance).
