'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' director David Slade heading to TV with 'REM'

Last night, Variety announced that The Twilight Saga: Eclipse directorDavid Slade might be heading to TV again (he's currently directing an episode of Breaking Bad), this time by way of directing the pilot for a new NBC series called REM.

Pilot centers on a police detective living in two realities and who must solve cases using clues from each of his lives.

Prior to the Breaking Bad segment he's working on now, Slade wasn't one with the television world, but his experience in New Mexico for the shoot might've opened a few new doors for him.
