Joe Jonas denies that his bitter split with Ashley Greene last March inspired him to write his latest single "See No More". While admitting that the song is about break-up and its aftermath, the middle member of the Jonas Brothers refused to say whether it has anything to do with the Alice Cullen of the "Twilight Saga" series.
Stopping by "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" on Tuesday morning, June 14, Joe sang a few bars of the single, "You walked away from me baby, I would've never done the same." When asked about the meaning behind the lyrics, the 21-year-old pop star said, "It's an end of a chapter song. It's about a break-up and going through situations where everything reminds you of the person."
Pursued further if "the person" he mentioned refers to ex-girlfriend Ashley, Joe answered, "I don't want to name names, because then I think people are not going to be able to say 'Hey I can relate to that' if I say it, but they can determine who it is." He continued, "Heartache is never easy to go through, but you have to go through situations to have product to write about."
