The movie starts with was seems like a normal family. A teenage boy and his almost two perky sister and his happily married parents. The first few minutes of the movie show his life. The teenage boy goes to work, then comes home to have dinner with his family. Then it shows his friends. Enter Ashley Greene.
I have to admit when I first heard about this movie I was cynical. I assumed it would be carbon copy of the movie Adventureland. A film done a few years ago by Kristen Stewart in which she plays a teenage among a group of teenagers who work at a theme park.The theme and story line is pretty much the same, but Ashley and Kristen are both two different types of actors.
Ashley manages to take a character like Michelle. A smart girl who knows exactly what she wants in life and makes her seem vulnerable. Throughout the entire movie Ashley manages to hold herself well and give a very emotional performance as this character.
I can personally relate to Michelle as many can. She falls in love with her best friend as and it leaves her having to make difficult decisions. This movie though cheezy at times. Is overall a pretty good find. The story line is pretty good and the cast over all give really amazing performances. If you like stories about love, relationships and friendship you will like this movie.
