Kristen Stewart in J. Mendel | “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ LA Premiere

All hail the power of K.Stew — because Kristen Stewart officially shut. it. down. tonight!
Kristen practically gave everyone whiplash when she arrived at the Los Angeles premiere of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ tonight at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE. The future neck-aches for so many will be due to the fact that the movie heroine hit the black carpet wearing a show-stopping gown from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by J. Mendel.


K.Stew bared a whole lotta leg in this black and iris sequin brushstroke print mousseline sleeveless belted column gown which featured an cut up-to-there thigh slit. That was dangerous. Major props to her stylist Tara Swennen.


After signing autographs for fans who had been camped out for this moment since last week, Kristen joined her co-stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner for pictures and interviews before stepping into the theater. She was even snapped in a pic with Carolina Herrera — she designed Kristen’s wedding gown in the film!


Hairstylist Adir Abergel worked wonders with her long dark hair that she’s sporting for her lead role in “Snow White and the Huntsman”. Adir twisted the length into a gorgeous up’do covered in mini braids!


Kristen’s make-up artist Jillian Dempsey made her eyes pop with seriously dramatic smokey eyes. Her pink tinged cheeks and natural colored lips allowed for her eyes to really stand out.


She completed her look with black “VIBE” peep toe platform pumps by Jimmy Choo. Her only piece of jewelry was a Neil Lane diamond cocktail ring set in gold with diamonds that surrounded a gorgeous deep blue stone.


Kristen’s midnight blue look matches from head to toe — even her nail color!

After the premiere she is set to return to London to continue production on “Snow White and the Huntsman”; there’s buzz that she will attend the London premiere of “Breaking Dawn” on Wednesday. Hopefully all will work out and there will be another opportunity for a major red carpet moment before this press tour comes to a close. Think it could top this?


Ashley Greene in Donna Karan | “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ LA Premiere

Tonight was the long-awaited black carpet premiere of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ held at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles.
Ashley Greene, who plays vampire sister Alice Cullen in the franchise, arrived to the premiere wearing a custom Donna Karan designed nude gown with a full red lacy overlay. This was definitely her gown and she worked it like no one’s business!


I love the cascading ruffle detail throughout!


She really lived up her character; not only was this gown proof that she’s a budding fashionista, but I loved the tribute with the signature vampy color. It wasn’t just her dress that contained the sexy color; she out-did herself with matching lips and nails!

Nikki Reed in Marchesa | “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ LA Premiere

he 23-year-old actress arrived with her husband Paul McDonald looking like a goddess in this sea-foam green silk chiffon draped gown with gold sequin trimming from the Resort 2012 collection by Marchesa.


It really looked as if the gown was made for her, and how stunning is the off-the-shoulder detail? Nikki was smart and let her tumbling brunette locks – which were parted to the side – drape over her shoulder. It allowed for the one shoulder design to really stand out.


Nikki perfectly accessorized with brushed gold “Greta” platform sandals by Jimmy Choo, a Judith Leiber clutch, long drop earrings by Sutra, and a ring from Neil Lane.

Taylor Lautner in Alexander McQueen | “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ LA Premiere

Taylor Lautner was all smiles when he stepped out on the black carpet at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in an incredible steel blue one-button suit with flap jacket pockets by Alexander McQueen.


Taylor paired his suit with a pale powder blue crisp dress shirt and a dark berry tie. I love all of the colors working in tandem in this look, it also really enhanced his nice caramel complexion.


Usually he looks like a business-man instead of a movie star; tonight was a step in the right direction.


Taylor finished off his look with lace up brown shoes.
This has been a great press run for Nikki fashion-wise — but she topped them all tonight.
