Liam Neeson and his fellow oil-refinery workers get into big trouble when their plane crashes in wolf-infested territory in THE GREY, coming next month. Jump past the jump for our first exclusive look at a bit of the lupine action.
In THE GREY, which Open Road Films releases January 27, Neeson plays Ottway, a security man who leads the crash survivors across hostile wintry terrain, dogged by the hungry wild canines. Frank Grillo, Dallas Roberts, Dermot Mulroney, Nonso Anozie, James Badge Dale, Joe Anderson and Ben Bray also star in the movie, directed by Joe Carnahan from a script he wrote with Ian Mackenzie Jeffers; Greg Nicotero and Howard Berger provided the gore and wolf animatronics. It played as part of the Butt-Numb-A-Thon in Austin, TX this past weekend, and the word coming out of that screening has been stellar. Check out Fango #310, on sale in January, for words from Carnahan and Mulroney on THE GREY
