'The Help' Leads The Nominations For The SAG Awards

The nominees for the 18th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards were announced on Wednesday.

"The Help" earned the most nominations with four nods, including honors for Viola Davis, Jessica Chastain and Octavia Spencer.

"The Artist" was in second place with three nominations. The film's star, Jean Dujardin, was nominated for best actor. He was joined in the category by George Clooney for "The Descendants", Leonardo DiCaprio for "J. Edgar," Demián Bichir for "A Better Life" and Brad Pitt for "Moneyball."

Along with Davis, best-actress contenders are Glenn Close in "Albert Nobbs," Meryl Streep in "The Iron Lady," Tilda Swinton in "We Need to Talk About Kevin" and Michelle Williams in "My Week With Marilyn."

The awards ceremony is set to be simulcast live coast-to-coast on TNT and TBS on Jan. 29 at 5 p.m PT from the Shrine Exposition Center in Los Angeles.

Check out the full list of nominations for the 2012 SAG Awards, which are chosen by two randomly selected panels - one for film and one for television. Each panel is comprised of 2,100 SAG members from across the U.S.
