Sweden gets a distributor for Cosmopolis as it is one of the films bought up in Cannes from NonStop Entertainments.
NonStop Entertainment is the Nordic distributor for David Cronenberg's Cosmopolis, which had its world premiere in the competition at Cannes last Friday.
COSMOPOLIS – David Cronenberg challenges of modern society, fears and phobias in a prophetic fable, where Robert Pattison stars as one of Wall Street's young golden boys. The film is based on Don deLillos cult novel, and in the roles you can also see Juliette Binoche, Paul Giamatti and Samantha Morton. Cosmopolis was shown in the competition section at Cannes 2012.
NonStop Entertainment distributes COSMOPOLIS in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland.
Nonstop Entertainment is a small distributor and distributes mostly documentaries and smaller films to Swedish cinemas so it is likely that Cosmopolis will not go up on the bigger screens but in the smaller cinemas in the bigger cities in sweden.
