The final chapter Breaking Dawn - Part 2 is released in cinemas on November 16, and the actor - who plays Carlisle Cullen - has starred in a video asking fans to share their own memories and thoughts.
"I know it's meant as much to you as it has to me," Facinelli said.
"We've built an amazing community over the last four years and have a lot of special memories.
"We'd love it if you uploaded your memories of The Twilight Saga and what it's meant to you to our YouTube channel to celebrate this amazing series of film."
Fans have been asked to use phones or webcams and post links to their videos on the comments of Facinelli's clip, complete with the full names of the people in the video.
