Deadline David Cronenberg’s ‘Maps To The Stars’ Locates More Cast David Cronenberg’s upcoming Maps To The Stars has added Mia Wasikowska, Olivia Williams and The Killing‘s Evan Bird. They are joining Julianne Moore, John Cusack, Robert Pattinson and Sarah Gadon in the ghost story that’s said to be a scathing attack on celebrity-obsessed LA.
Bird is playing a troubled child star with Williams as his manipulative mother and Wasikowska as his disfigured, schizophrenic, fame-obsessed sister.
Bruce Wagner penned the script. Sales kick off in Cannes via eOne Films International with production to start in July. EOne and Prospero Pictures are co-financing and Prospero’s Martin Katz is producing with SBS Productions’ Saïd Ben Saïd.
