ContentFilm Takes Int’l Rights to “Welcome to the Rileys”

International rights to Jake Scott’s Sundance competition feature, “Welcome to the Rileys” have been picked up by ContentFilm. “Rileys” will have its international debut at the Berlinale Panorama on Monday, February 15. North American rights arew being handled by UTA’s Independent Film Group.
“I was really taken by the way Jake had crafted this emotional and often funny story about two unlikely, and somewhat lost souls meeting - and then against all odds, saving each other,” said ContentFilm International President Jamie Carmichael in a statement. “And of course the performances are stand out and I’m sure they will be recognised along the way. We know we have something very special in our hands with this film and we’re delighted to be working with Jake, Scott Free and Argonaut Pictures.” The film is produced by Michael Costigan, Scott Bloom, Giovanni Agnelli, Ridley Scott and Tony Scott.
