The "Twilight" hottie swapped in and out of various ensembles during the course of the afternoon while keeping warm with a leopard print faux fur jacket and Ugg boots in between takes.
Created by Michael Seitzman, Ashley's new venture is said to focus on legendary design icon Robert Soulte.
For her role in the ABC series, Miss Greene will play Alice Clarke, an aspiring designer whose shocking arrival turns the Soulte family - as well as his label - inside out.
