Kellan Lutz In DIFF’s 2013 Opening Night - Article + Photos + Videos

dallasfilm Last night kicked off 11 days of events, films and fun at the 2013 Dallas International Film Festival. The night began with a special Mary Kay sponsored pink carpet event at the brand new LOOK Cinemas followed by not one, but five screenings at the theatre. DIFF filmmakers, actors, and sponsors, along with local talent and dignitaries, turned out to participate in the evening’s events.

Star of action flick JAVA HEAT, Kellan Lutz (THE TWILIGHT SAGA), one of the five opening night films, attended the festivities with girlfriend, Sharni Vinson (YOU’RE NEXT), and talked about what it was like working with JAVA HEAT co-star Mickey Rourke.
“He’s just such a cool guy,” says Lutz. “He’s brilliant at what he does, and he does it so effortlessly; it was just an honor to work with him.”
