Noah Huntley (Your Highness) is set to play King Magnus in one of eighteen Snow White projects in the works at the moment, Universal’s Snow White and the Huntsman. Producer Palek Patel broke the news on his Twitter (via Showblitz), revealing that Huntley will play White’s father. Rupert Sanders is directing, and the cast includes Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron. We got our first look at the actors in their costumes a couple weeks ago, and I was onhand for the Comic-Con panel and was actually quite impressed. Snow White and the Huntsman opens June 1st, 2012.
