As expected, filming for The Host - the Andrew Niccol-helmed adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's sci-fi book of the same name - has moved to New Mexico this week, and one actress from the film has shared this glimpse of the nearby area.
Frances Fisher, who portrays "Maggie" in the film, shared this image on her Twitter page yesterday, noting that the setting is Albequerque, New Mexico and that production has moved to the location for the purpose of completing exterior shots for the movie.Clearly, they've chosen the right place, since in The Host, the landscape outside of the human-dwelled caves is mostly desert.
According to information found in a series of casting calls, The Host will film in Albequerque and Farmington, New Mexico until April 28th.
