Entertainment Weekly was given a set visit to the Albequerque, New Mexico set recently and revealed that they'll soon have some very interesting things to share from that visit. For now, though, it's enough that they revealed two small detail alterations chosen for the film adaptation which were, of course, Meyer-approved.
According to their set report, Diane Kruger's look for "The Seeker" is a "Cream-colored pant suit . . . designed by writer-director Andrew Niccol to reflect the 'purity' of the egalitarian Souls, and Meyer . . . happily embraced it." A first-glimpse at the costume was unveiled with the first batch of still images for the picture.
Also, Saorise Ronan and Meyer agreed that to portray the two distinct voices of her Soul character "Wanda" and the human mind within, "Melanie Stryder," she would use a "generic American accent" for the first and a "Louisiana twang" for the latter.
Any thoughts on these two developments?
